We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your order.
We do our best to make the return process as simple as possible.
SECTION 1 – RETURN POLICY
You may return your order within 30 days after receiving it.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As our warehouse is located in Asia, return shipping costs may vary.
The average return cost typically ranges between $20 and $40 USD depending on the shipping carrier.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number (Track & Trace) when returning products, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
SECTION 2 – HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Follow these three simple steps to return your product:
Step 1: Contact us

including your order number and the reason for the return.
We will then guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Send your package
Once you have received our return instructions, you may send the items to the return address we provide.
Always use a shipping method with a tracking number.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.
We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the items, we will process your refund within 14 business days using the original payment method.
SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that you may change your mind.
However, because orders are processed automatically in our logistics system immediately after being placed, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed.
SECTION 4 – IMPORTANT NOTES
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached.
The product must show no signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear to have been used or damaged beyond our control.
All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia and are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is caused by the consumer (for example a change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the shipping costs remain entirely the responsibility of the customer. The exact cost depends on the shipping carrier used.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement item free of charge.
